President Joe Biden attacked "super MAGA Republicans" and former President Donald Trump in a recent interview with MSNBC's Jonathan Capehart, while praising GOP Rep. Liz Cheney despite not agreeing with all she thinks.
Biden went on to say that moderate Republicans are just too concerned about "their physical well-being" to run for politics.
"We've reached a moment where there's such a schism, and you have what I call the super MAGA Republicans who believe it's okay to threaten violence," he explained.
He complimented moderate Republican Liz Cheney for opposing violence, saying that "there are basic, fundamental standards" and that "she means what she says."
Trump, according to Biden, is "a leader who determined that the facts didn't matter all that much," has resorted to "modern" race-baiting methods, and believes that "whatever it takes to gain power, it is right."
