Former President Donald Trump used a video compilation of President Joe Biden's "blooper reel" during his MAGA rally in Nevada on Saturday to taunt his Democratic opponent.
"He can't talk properly, he can't think well," Trump added before showing his fans the two-minute video.
He constantly questioned the President's mental capacity, blaming him for the ongoing federal inquiry.
"The harm Joe Biden has done to our country in less than two short years may have been done by the five worst presidents in American history combined," he said.
When Biden hears me talk, he realizes that his only option for retaliation is to attempt to get me past these prosecutors.
"That's the only way he can possibly win me over, but I doubt it because we didn't do anything wrong in the first place."
