A recent survey conducted one month before the midterm elections found that President Joe Biden has strong approval ratings among potential voters.

According to the YouGov survey, 45 percent of adult Americans approve of the President's performance in office, while 46 percent disapprove. The rating is Biden's highest since August 2021.

With a 4-point deficit, deemed the lowest since September, 43 percent of participants approved of Biden's economic policies, while 47 percent disagreed.

The poll included 1,500 individuals from the United States. They were polled between October 8 and October 11. Professor Candice Nelson believes Biden's popularity ratings boost will benefit Democrats in Senate contests.

"A lot of modifications are being done, although they are quite minor. They increase by 1% to 2%. Statistically, she was inside the margin of error.

"It's better to be heading up than down, but there isn't much of a difference between 46 percent and 45 percent."
