Millcreek Mall, sometimes known as Millcreek Mall Complex, is a single-story retail mall located in the town of Millcreek, 3.4 miles southwest of downtown Erie, Pennsylvania, between Peach Street and Interstate 79. With 195 stores, the mall is the tenth largest in the United States, and Mill Creek Mall is now the third largest mall in Pennsylvania.
Cafaro, located in Youngstown, Ohio, created the facility, which is still owned and operated by the company. Mill Creek attracts travelers from Ohio, New York, and Canada because to the absence of a clothes sales tax in Pennsylvania.
The mall itself contains 121 shop spaces and 12 kiosks. The 165 often listed retailers and restaurants include establishments within brick-and-mortar malls as well as the many neighboring restaurants, boutiques, and plazas. Boscov's, JCPenney, and Macy's dominate the mall.
