Takeaways from the Packers' Tough Road Win Over the Bucs

David Bakhtiari came back, although he was playing on a pinch count, and he rotated series with Yosh Nijman early on. The Packers' offensive line performed admirably against a strong Bucs defensive front. Although it wasn't simple, running the ball was successful enough, and for the most part, Rodgers got the time he needed. They managed blitzes just as well.

Here are the key lessons to be learned from the Packers' performance.

Overall, the struggle at the line of scrimmage was won by the Packers. Against a weakened Bucs offensive line, they were able to consistently pressure Brady and contain Leonard Fournette on defense. They encountered some difficulty, but handled it successfully by forcing punts and mistakes. This gang seems to be taking shape.

the Packers blitzed against Tampa Bay on a couple occasions with Quay Walker and De'Vondre Campbell but didn't do it once in the first two games. Given that Brady moves the ball swiftly and that the greatest method to impede him is with pressure up the middle, I stated earlier in the week that if there is a week to blitz, this is it.

As previously stated, the run game wasn't particularly productive, but it was encouraging to see the Packers persevere with it. They may have abandoned it early than they should have in the past. The run game is now an important element of their attack, and they addressed it as such against a tough defense.

Jaire Alexander was forced to leave the game early due to a groin issue. With Douglas and Stokes on the boundary, Keisean Nixon stepped in as the nickel cornerback, and he did an outstanding job.

After allowing a touchdown on the first play of each of the first two games, the Packers gave up some yardage but kept Tampa Bay to a field goal.

With Sammy Watkins and Christian Watson out, Romeo Doubs was given more opportunities, which he took advantage of. Doubts is really explosive and does an excellent job at creating space.

Pat O'Donnell was outstanding once again for the Packers. He punted four times inside the 20-yard line and had a long of 57 yards. O'Donnell didn't allow the field position switch despite the offense's inability to move the ball.

The Packers' ball security remains a concern. They've now fumbled three times in three games. Rodgers has already thrown two interceptions this season.

Early on, Aaron Rodgers excelled due to his efficiency as well as the fact that the Packers frequently used RPOs and that he frequently made the right choice. Rodgers was also excellent at releasing the ball fast. Sadly, in the second half, neither the offense nor Rodgers were able to seal the victory.

They encountered far more second and third and long situations as a result of the run game's struggles. For whatever reason, once Jones fumbled, they were unable to advance the ball any farther.

Rudy Ford has been a tremendous asset as a gunner. Flying down the field, he. Keisean Nixon created his own play.

This season, the Packers' defense has been quite strong in the red zone, while allowing the opponent to get there a touch too easy at times.

- The Packers offense repeated its blueprint from a week ago, with the ball distributed around, RPOs, Jones and Dillon getting plenty of opportunities, and a good run-pass balance.

- After dominating the defense for much of the game, the Packers remained extremely passive on the last Bucs drive.
