In Queens, an EMT was stabbed to death while collecting lunch.

According to law enforcement officials, an EMT was tragically stabbed in Queens on Thursday afternoon while getting lunch.

According to the reports, the attack happened at 2:20 p.m. between 20th Avenue and 41st Street to the 61-year-old who works out of Station 49 in Astoria.

According to reports, the woman was wearing a civilian top and a pair of military pants when she was attacked.

She was in severe condition when she was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, but sources claim that she was beyond saving.

At 3:06 PM, she was pronounced dead.

A large group of EMTs were visible outside the hospital, some of them were crying and hugging each other.

According to a tweet from his spokeswoman this afternoon, Mayor Eric Adams was his route to the hospital. According to the spokeswoman, Adams has received a briefing on the situation.
