A woman and her younger brother have accused comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears in a new lawsuit of abusing them as children and forcing them to film sexually explicit skits.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by siblings Jane Doe, who is now 22, and John Doe, who was born in 2007. Jane, who is John's legal guardian, is suing both alone and on behalf of her younger brother.

The lawsuit alleges that as children, Haddish and Spears forced the siblings to participate in sexually explicit skits in various incidents that allegedly "stole the youth of a 7-year-old child and a 14-year-old child."

The lawsuit was first reported by The Daily Beast.

However, lawyers for Haddish and Spears have dismissed the lawsuit as extortion.

Debra Opri, an attorney for Spears, said the comedian "will not fall for a shakedown."

In a separate statement, Andrew Brettler, an attorney for Haddish, said the plaintiff's mother "has been trying to make these false claims against Ms. Haddish for several years."

Brettler called the allegations "baseless" and said Haddish has already shown that she "will not be defeated."

"Now (the accuser's mother) has her adult daughter representing herself in this process. The two of them together will have to face the consequences for this frivolous lawsuit," the attorney said.

Jane said she and her brother are "not surprised that Mr. Brettler is trying to deflect attention away from the legitimate claims of my brother and I in order to shift blame and attention to our mother, who is not a party to this lawsuit."

The siblings knew Haddish and Spears as children because their mother had a close relationship with Haddish, according to the lawsuit.

In 2013, Haddish appeared as a guest speaker at a summer camp Jane, then 14, attended, according to the lawsuit. During the visit, Haddish allegedly told Jane that she had the "perfect role" for her.

Neither Jane nor her mother knew what the filming would be about, the lawsuit continues, stating, "Only Spears and Haddish knew the storyline for the skit."

However, the skit ended with Haddish teaching Jane how to mimic fellatio, the lawsuit says.

The lawsuit says a video was played in the recording studio showing an older man and a college-aged woman arguing over a sandwich before they finally began eating the sandwich "simultaneously from both sides." The two appeared to moan and "make sexual noises while they both ate the sandwich in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio," according to the lawsuit.
