Tucson guy kills three people, including a constable, and then commits suicide while being served with eviction papers.

An Arizona man shot three people before taking his own life when he was served eviction papers Thursday.

Gavin Lee Stansell, 24, killed Officer Deborah Martinez and property manager Angela Fox-Heath when they showed up at his apartment to serve the notice.

When officers arrived on the scene, they learned Stansell had also shot his 25-year-old neighbor, Elijah Miranda, in his apartment.

Stansell was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

"The loss of Constable Deborah Martinez is felt throughout our state," said Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey.

"Whether she was serving in the U.S. Army or fulfilling her duties as a constable for Pima County, she dedicated her life to helping others and her community."

Stansell was accused of violating the terms of his lease by threatening a neighbor with a gun, disturbing the peace.
