Authorities released surveillance video showing a group of persons exchanging gunfire at a gas station in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Authorities in Florida have released stunning camera footage of a gunfight at a petrol station early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred shortly before 3 a.m. in the 8300 block of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office.
According to the sheriff's office, Tighree Thomas and his wife, Jean Thomas, were first accused in the shooting.
Investigators are now preparing to charge Benjamin Lau, 28, of Havana, Florida, with battery for allegedly starting the gunfire.
According to the sheriff's office, Lau is seen in the video exiting his truck and engaging in a physical altercation with Tighree Thomas before firing erupts.
According to the sheriff's office, Lau was shot while sitting in the back of the truck as the driver attempted to leave from Thomas and his wife in the parking lot.
